1. Who we are

These terms apply to the New Dawn Inner Circle: the sign-up form on this website and our WhatsApp community, run by the band New Dawn (“we”, “us”). Questions? Email us at info@newdawnband.com.

2. What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your first name, your phone number and, if you choose to share it, where you live. We also keep a record of when you signed up and that you gave your consent.

3. What we use it for

We use your details to add you to our WhatsApp community and to send you news and updates via WhatsApp and SMS. This can include new music, shows and tickets, merch, exclusive content, offers, competitions and other news about New Dawn. We may also use your location to invite you to shows and events near you and to understand where our fans are, so we can plan shows and releases.

4. Your consent

We only use your details because you gave us permission by ticking the consent box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8). Withdrawing your consent does not affect messages we sent before.

5. Who can see your details

Only the New Dawn team. Your sign-up details are stored by Squarespace, our website provider, and our messages are sent through WhatsApp (Meta). When you join the community, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. We will never sell your details or share them with other parties for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep your details

We keep your details for as long as you are part of the Inner Circle. If you unsubscribe, we remove your details from our list. If we haven’t been in touch with you for 24 months, we delete your details.

7. Your rights

You have the right to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, to object to how we use them and to withdraw your consent. Just email info@newdawnband.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Unsubscribing

You can leave the WhatsApp community at any time, or email info@newdawnband.com to be removed from our list completely.

9. Community rules

The Inner Circle is a place for fans. Please don’t share other members’ details or spam the community. Exclusive content we share is meant for you, so please don’t post it publicly before we release it. We may remove members who don’t follow these rules.

10. Age

You must be 16 or older to join the Inner Circle.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and we will let you know in the community if anything important changes. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
